EICR – ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT
CA ELECTRICAL SERVICES – ENSURING YOUR PROPERTY IS SAFE
Your electrical installation in your property must meet the regulated standards in order to ensure your safety. Electrical faults in the fuse board, or electrical accessories such as switches or sockets can cause electric shock or fire, which can lead to injury or even loss of life to the occupants of the property.
If you are an owner of a rented property then it is your responsibility as of 1st July 2020 to have an EICR completed for your property and thereafter every 5 years or before if your certificate says otherwise.
As a home owner it is your responsibility to make sure your electrical installation is safe by looking at your current electrical certification and checking to see when it has been recommended for the next electrical inspection to take place.
Reports from Electric Safety First say that electrical fires affect 20,000 homes a year in UK, so why don’t you let the CA Electrical Services team put your mind at ease. Click here to Contact us now.
